Update: May 15, 2020
Thank you for your continued understanding and patience during this COVID-19 pandemic.
We are still working hard at making Piccadilly Terrace a healthy and safe environment for our Residents. Starting Tuesday, May 19th in conjunction with the BC Health Authority and Government we will be moving into our next phase. We will be moving from Essential Visits Only in the building to visits with strict guidelines. All visits must be planned, meaningful and limited. Our main goal here is to introduce visits in a safe way.
We are still using extra cleaning procedures in suites and around the building. All common areas are still closed for visiting. We will continue with three meal times at lunch and dinner with two per table and Physical (Social) Distancing practices in hallways, elevators and on property will continue. We have strict policies in place for when Residents or Staff show any kind of signs or symptoms of cold, flu, fever or COVID-19. Mini isolation periods will continue if Residents enter back into the building after a hospital or clinic stay.
Some activities and bus outings will slowly be re-introduced in a safe and controlled manner.
Tours will still be unavailable at this time. Marketing packages can be requested through the Front Desk.
Thank you again for your cooperation and understanding.

April 9, 2020
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this COVID-19 pandemic. For families close by, we understand that it is not easy to be distant and not able to see your loved one like you were once use to.
We are still working hard at making Piccadilly Terrace a healthy and safe environment for our Residents. We are still restricting Visitors entering and Residents going out to Essential Only. We are still using extra cleaning procedures in suites and around the building. All common areas are closed. We have implemented three meal times at lunch and dinner with two per table. We have implemented Physical (Social) Distancing practices in hallways, elevators and on property. We have strict policies in place for when Residents or Staff show any kind of signs or symptoms of cold, flu or COVID-19. We have implemented a mini isolation period if Residents enter back into the building after a hospital stay.
During the past few weeks we have been transparent with the Residents and have been communicating on a regular basis. We have been extremely pleased with their effort and understanding during this unpleasant time. Everyone is in this together and we still need to work hard during this critical time.
Currently, we are not offering tours for potential Residents, but if you would like a marketing packing sent to you or if you have questions, please contact the Front Desk at 250-803-0060.
Thank you again for your cooperation and understanding.
